Morton's

To celebrate Aaron's graduation from college, we saved up to go on a special date to Morton's Steakhouse, voted one of the best restaurants in the country. To say that it was amazing is a severe understatement. The experience was by far the most exquisite of all the dates we've had together :o) For the menu, a server in a tuxedo brought out a silver tray with all of the actual cuts of steak to choose from. He showed us fresh vegetables and sea food and brought out a whole loaf of fresh, hot bread for us to munch on while waiting for our dinner to be prepared. You have to order your dessert before your meal is brought out so that they can bake each item fresh while you eat.We ordered Tuna Tartare for an appatizer and then for our main dish, we had the most delicious steak imaginable. It was so tender, you could slice it with a butter knife. For dessert we had a molten lava cake.

We had our picture taken and they gave it to us in a fancy black folder. Talk about getting spoiled! We felt like royalty!
