Garden
I am so proud of my little garden. My little plants have grown a lot over the last couple of months! I've since split my thriving shamrocks into two larger pots, anticipating their continued growth. These "Family Shamrocks" have quite a legacy! They traveled with me all the way from Texas. The "Mother plant" belonged to my grandmother in Pampa, Texas. My mom took a few roots from it, which she brought home to San Antonio and after they bushed and bloomed, she gave some to my sister in Belton. Now the little roots I took from her little family of shamrocks are alive and well on my back porch here in Kentucky!

I've also added a vibrant red geranium to my garden. It hangs in a sunny spot on our little porch, cheerfully welcoming those loved back-door friends and visitors!
